Role Description
The ideal candidate is a strong embedded/RTOS engineer who can combine traditional low-level firmware expertise with modern AI-assisted software engineering practices. The successful candidate should be comfortable using tools such as Codex, Claude, and VS Code while maintaining rigorous engineering standards for correctness, reliability, security, and real-time performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of embedded software/firmware development experience.
- Strong programming experience with Embedded C/C++.
- Hands-on experience with one or more RTOS platforms, such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ThreadX, VxWorks, or QNX.
- Experience with modern AI-assisted software development tools, including OpenAI Codex and/or Claude.
- Experience with Git, debugging tools, and build systems such as CMake/Make.
