[Hiring] Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer @System Soft Technologies

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
• Create and manage workflows using Power Automate.
• Design and implement data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations using C# .NET.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business rules.
• Build Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and best practice implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Dataverse
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Experience developing plugins and custom workflows using C# .NET.
• Strong experience with:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML5 / CSS3
• REST APIs
• JSON
• Web Services
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of Azure services:
• Azure Functions
• Logic Apps
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure DevOps
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of Power Platform CoE, governance, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
