Role Description

HSO is looking for an experienced D365 CRM Technical / Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CRM.

The candidate must have strong technical capabilities across Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Pro-Code development, including React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience in integrating Microsoft technologies and building scalable business applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Build workflows and automation using Power Automate.
• Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse.
• Develop custom components using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Work on PCF controls and custom development.
• Customize Dynamics 365 CE applications.
• Develop plugins and workflow activities.
• Integrate with external systems using APIs and Azure services.
• Implement solution management and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants.
• Participate in code reviews and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Microsoft technologies and Power Platform.
• Enterprise-level D365 CRM implementations.
• Independent handling of development, integrations, troubleshooting, and deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
