Role Description

Xenon7 helps large enterprises put AI to work inside their real operations. Through Experts-as-a-Service, we place senior specialists directly with client teams, backed by Xenon7 leadership and delivery standards. You work as part of the client team, with Xenon7 behind you.

Our client runs a Citizen Development program that lets supply chain business teams build their own apps, flows, and AI agents. The program is scaling its agentic side and needs one senior architect to set the direction and build the common foundation everyone else builds on.

• Define the agent strategy and the common solutions behind it.
• Build a library of reusable agent templates in Copilot Studio.
• Create a simple interface for business users to find, configure, and launch agents.
• Integrate with enterprise data layers to enhance agent utility.
• Work alongside Power Platform developers and Xenon7 leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years specializing in Power Platform at a senior or architect level.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including deploying production agents.
• Proven track record of building reusable templates, frameworks, or component libraries.
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance.
• Demonstrated experience defining software architecture or strategy.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Must be based in Latin America or Europe with the ability to provide at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

Requirements

• Experience in pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries (GxP, PII, audit compliance) is a bonus.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, MCP, multi-agent patterns, or supply chain domain knowledge is a bonus.
• Hands-on experience working with and evaluating multiple LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT models) is a bonus.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or AI-102 are a bonus.

• Technical deep dive (45 minutes): walk us through a template or architecture you built and the data integration behind it.
• Client interview with the program owner; a second round with the wider client team may follow.
