[Hiring] SAP EWM Solution Architect @Talent Connect

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior SAP EWM Solution Architect with over 10 years of SAP project experience, combining strong architectural leadership with a hands-on mindset. This role is part of a global S/4HANA transformation program and requires someone capable of defining and governing SAP EWM target architecture across complex, multi-site environments. You will act as a design authority while remaining technically involved throughout build, test, and deployment phases.

• Define and govern SAP EWM target architecture (embedded and decentralized).
• Act as design authority across global and multi-site implementations.
• Lead solution design for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
• Define integration strategy with SAP S/4HANA and external systems.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical architects.
• Provide hands-on guidance during build, test, and deployment phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP project implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and solution design.
• Solid background in supply chain and warehouse operations.
• Experience in S/4HANA transformations (greenfield, brownfield, and global rollouts).
• Integration experience between SAP EWM and MM, SD, PP, TM, and QM.
• Experience with warehouse automation, RF, MFS, and third-party integrations.
• Proven experience in global rollouts and multi-warehouse environments.
• Fluent English (C1) – international environment.

Requirements

• SAP certification in EWM or SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain (Nice to Have).
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (Nice to Have).
