Role Description

As part of this growth, we are looking for a motivated Salesforce Integration Developer with practical experience in Salesforce.com and expertise in integration tools. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid grasp of Salesforce configuration and development and a proven ability to integrate Salesforce and external systems using Informatica. We seek someone eager to work on impactful projects and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion processes for loading and synchronizing data into Salesforce.
• Analyze source system data structures and create mapping specifications to Salesforce standard and custom objects.
• Configure and support Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and external teams to define integration requirements and data flows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data quality problems, and system connectivity challenges.
• Support integration testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Document technical designs, interface specifications, and mapping requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.
• Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

• Basic understanding of integration design patterns and API/web services, including REST and SOAP protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com in a development or configuration role.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica (Cloud or PowerCenter) in building and maintaining integrations.
