Role Description

Lead the team building Salesforce solutions that power the Firm’s operations and growth. As our Salesforce Development Lead, you’ll combine hands-on development with day-to-day team leadership to advance Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and related technologies.

• Provide day-to-day supervision and technical guidance to the Salesforce development team.
• Coordinate the team's execution of Salesforce development and support activities across various platforms.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and participate in the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce solution design and implementation.
• Support consistent application of established Salesforce engineering and development practices.
• Coordinate and support Salesforce CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, observability, and platform health activities.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for Salesforce integrations, data models, security, and platform configuration.
• Support the optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud and customer service capabilities.
• Coach team members on Salesforce technologies and modern development practices.
• Review Salesforce releases, platform enhancements, AppExchange solutions, and emerging capabilities.
• Support a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce Cloud and related technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows and automation tools, Salesforce Shield, and Visualforce.
• Deep knowledge of Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, CTI integration, Digital Engagement, Entitlements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, sharing models, and platform governance.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, microservices, and AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of application security, observability, compliance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and enterprise AI capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance, coaching, work coordination, and day-to-day supervision to technical team members.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
