Role Description

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Software Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

• Design and develop web and mobile applications using OutSystems platform.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Perform unit testing and system testing of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing OutSystems applications.
• Document development activities, processes, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest OutSystems features and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably with web applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems development in both OutSystems traditional and reactive themes.
• Proficiency in OutSystems development tools like Service Studio and Integration Studio.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Having 508 experience is a plus.
