Role Description

As an Oracle Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Oracle-enabled business transformation programs. You will combine strong Oracle expertise with business consulting, solution architecture, and leadership capabilities to translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated Oracle solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders, account teams, and delivery teams to define solution strategies, transformation roadmaps, and architectures that deliver measurable business value.

• Design end-to-end Oracle solutions that support business transformation and operational objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solution architectures across relevant functional and technical areas.
• Ensure business processes, integrations, data, reporting, analytics, and security components work together effectively within the overall solution.
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and executive-level presentations.
• Develop Oracle-enabled transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with project and delivery teams throughout solution design and implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on Oracle solutions.
• Support sales and solution pursuits, including solution development, estimation, proposals, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Provide solution architecture leadership across complex Oracle transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Oracle Cloud, analytics, data, integration, and AI capabilities to enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of strong experience with Oracle solutions and enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience designing and architecting end-to-end Oracle solutions across one or more areas such as:
  • Oracle HCM
  • Oracle ERP / Financials
  • Oracle EPM
  • Procurement
  • Project Management
  • Supply Chain and Manufacturing
  • Oracle CX, Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce
  • Analytics and Data Integration
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • AI and industry-specific Oracle solutions
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, including business processes, integrations, data, reporting, and security.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and solution presentations.
• Experience supporting solutioning and sales pursuits, including estimation, proposals, and demonstrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, functional, technical, and delivery teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in complex transformation environments.
