Role Description

Urgently Hiring for .Net Core 6+ Lead [Hands-On Leader] - Remote

Must have strong experience in the following:

• .Net core 6+
• Object Oriented Programming
• Entity Framework
• Task Parallel Library
• Unit testing

Responsibilities:

• Leads the development team in the design, development, integration, testing and debugging of applications.
• As a hands-on member of the development team, focuses on delivery excellence and quality.
• Works closely with End-Customer team members to prioritize resource needs and achieve technical excellence from an end-to-end perspective.
• Coordinates the development team’s schedule and ensures effective communication between development team members and other members of the delivery team as well as the End-Customer.
• Provides feedback and suggestions for process and product improvements.
• Focuses on enabling End-Customers to become self-sufficient at the end of the project, and provides written knowledge transfer material to that end.
