Role Description

We are seeking a talented developer to join our team and serve as a technical specialist, with a focus on building custom web applications. Your role will involve developing user interfaces and front-end web applications, with a deep understanding of programming and business logic.

You will collaborate with business partners and will be responsible for creating no-code / low-code applications, process automations, and solutions utilizing the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Online. In this role, you perform discovery, engage subject matter experts and stakeholders, capture requirements, and map requirements to features.

Essential Functions

• Development: Design, build, test, and maintain custom applications using the Power Platform.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements.
• Optimization: Refactor and optimize existing applications to improve performance and scalability.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and production errors.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing applications.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web application development and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in healthcare or information technology.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of mainframe, Microsoft, web, social media or interface technology experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced to expert technical proficiency in mainframe, Microsoft, web, social media or interface programming languages, applications, tools and utilities.
• Proven ability to design system-wide, integrated solutions with other specialists and architects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience utilizing healthcare software applications and/or related revenue applications, interfaces and clinical applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of the application and the business line being supported.
• Ability to provide routine mentoring and technical guidance to support staff.
• Ability to provide staff support for business and technical projects, assignments and analysis.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess a willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Must possess the ability to work in teams and with direct supervision.

Requirements

• Pay grade 15 range 100,205.0859-150,307.6289.
• Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.

• This position operates in a typical office environment.
• The area is well-lit, temperature-controlled and free from hazards.
• Incumbent communicates frequently, in person and over the telephone, with people in a number of different locations on technical issues.
• Manual dexterity is needed in order to operate a keyboard.
• Hearing is needed for extensive telephone and in person communications.
• The environment requires the ability to concentrate, meet deadlines, work on several projects simultaneously and adapt to interruptions.
• The incumbent must be capable of traveling in the course of completing project assignments.
• The incumbent may provide 24X7 on-call rotation support for software applications.
