Role Description

We are looking for a very senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Develop customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows
• Work on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Integrate CRM with external systems using APIs / Azure services
• Lead client discussions, gather requirements, and provide technical solutions
• Perform data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Mentor junior team members and drive best practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Dynamics CRM / D365
• Strong experience in:
  • Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service
  • Power Platform
  • Azure integrations
  • CI/CD, DevOps
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations
  • Excellent communication & client-facing skills

Requirements

• Microsoft Certifications (MB-210, MB-230, etc.)
• Experience in enterprise-level CRM transformations
