[Hiring] Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant @Enavate

Role Description

Enavate is a US-based IT company and a Microsoft Gold Partner, known for delivering tailored business solutions that help SMB organizations transform their operations. We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join us as a contractor based in the United States .

This role will start as a part-time engagement with the potential to expand to full-time , depending on project needs and performance.

You will work closely with our delivery teams to:

• Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, particularly Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on consultant who enjoys solving business problems with technology and collaborating with both technical teams and client stakeholders.

Report to: CE & PP Practice Leader

POD: Client Delivery

Location: United States (remote)

Travel: up to 25%

Type: Contract (Part-Time to start)

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Field Service.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Customer Service is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, views, and business rules within Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and automation.
• Experience supporting data migration or integration activities is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
