[Hiring] Member of Technical Staff @Cache

Role Description

We're looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of AI-powered security products. You'll work across the stack, from backend infrastructure and distributed systems to customer-facing applications, solving challenging technical problems with a small, highly capable team.

• Design, build, and ship production software end to end.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Work with modern AI models and integrate them into real-world products.
• Make architectural decisions that balance performance, reliability, and simplicity.
• Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and customers to turn ideas into shipped features.
• Take ownership of projects from initial design through production.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, databases, and distributed systems.
• Comfort working independently, navigating ambiguity, and making technical tradeoffs.
• Curiosity about AI, security, and emerging technologies.
• A bias toward shipping, learning quickly, and keeping things simple.
