[Hiring] Lead System Architect @Pegasystems

Role Description

As a key member of the Pega Consulting team (GTM), you will work with a passionate and driven project team, delivering new and innovative business and technical solutions using Pega technology.

In this role, you'll help us design, develop, implement and test the next generation customer-centric solutions. You will work in an environment where AI-enabled tools are used to enhance learning, improve engineering efficiency, and support better decision-making across the cloud platform.

• Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment.
• Partner with our world-leading clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Utilize your outstanding technical consulting skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions.
• Collaborate with a high-performing Pega delivery team to ensure the solution meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Provide support and technical governance focused on one or more projects at a single client.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization and pro-actively respond to ad-hoc questions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on Pega experience, building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.
• Pega CLSA certification with deep technical expertise across Pega technologies.
• Led end-to-end delivery of medium to large components within complex enterprise solutions.
• Worked across application servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational databases, and integration technologies.
• Applied strong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, techniques, and principles in solution delivery.
• Managed multiple priorities and complex deliverables through strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Collaborated effectively with business and IT stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear and practical solutions.
• Demonstrated the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and concepts.
• Delivered strong customer outcomes through ownership, collaboration, and a team-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated a proactive mindset and the ability to lead by example and go the extra mile.
• Comfortable working 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
