Role Description

The Lead Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions on large-scale Salesforce platforms. The candidate will apply best practices across both declarative and programmatic approaches, owning end-to-end technical implementations while driving team effectiveness and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience designing and developing technical designs in Salesforce for large platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of mandatory experience with Health Cloud as a developer.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with the Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework in Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building OmniStudio solutions.
• Proven experience applying best practices in both declarative and programmatic approaches and processes, owning end-to-end technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner.
• Deep background and extensive experience with Salesforce are mandatory, with PD II certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in internal customer management, influencing peers, enhancing team effectiveness, managing timelines, proactively solving problems, and developing trust around shared goals and values.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes is preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end CI/CD strategy using DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, DevOps Center, Git, or Jenkins is preferred.
• Salesforce Health Cloud Superbadge completion or certification is preferred.
• Relevant experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry is preferred.
