[Hiring] Lead Fullstack Engineer @In All Media Inc

Role Description

You will join a high-traffic, live Hiring Events Platform team responsible for driving a core digital event and interview framework. This production environment serves continuous client interactions and demands fast-response technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and feature enhancements.

As the Tech Lead, you will serve as a central anchor—balancing real-time incident resolution with fullstack development across Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django, React, and Kafka. You will manage release cycles, guide and onboard engineers, and partner directly with Client Support and GTM teams to ensure platform stability and high service levels during live events.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and deploy microservices and user interfaces across Java / Spring Boot, Django / Python, React, and GraphQL architectures.
• Triage, debug, and resolve high-priority production incidents and feature misconfigurations on live event platforms in real time.
• Monitor production systems, respond to performance alerts, and maintain event-processing logic using Apache Kafka and analytics tools (Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena).
• Provide technical leadership: onboard, mentor, and guide engineers, coordinate work delivery, drive code merges, and manage releases with full autonomy.
• Partner directly with Client Support and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to triage incoming tickets, satisfy SLAs, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Support architectural adjustments, maintain cross-system dependency logic, and leverage system performance data for proactive troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven technical leadership, onboarding capabilities, and team coordination.
• High proficiency in Java / Spring Boot as a primary backend stack, supplemented by Django / Python as a secondary framework.
• Strong hands-on frontend experience building web applications with React.
• Direct experience working with GraphQL, relational SQL databases, and/or document stores (MongoDB).
• Proven experience with Apache Kafka alongside at least one of the following: Dagster, enterprise Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
• Full end-to-end DevOps autonomy to build, own, merge, and deploy code independently.
• Exceptional data-driven troubleshooting, prioritization skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Experience working in Agile remote environments.
• Fluent English for daily communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous product management or technical lead experience partnering directly with GTM business teams to shape roadmap priorities.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI developer tools and coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf).

Time Zone & Collaboration

The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to EST (US East Coast time). High overlap during standard US business hours is expected to support live platform operations and real-time event response.
