[Hiring] Lead Fullstack Engineer @Resilient Co

Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Fullstack Engineer to lead development of scalable, AI-enabled full stack solutions. This role is critical for designing and delivering microservices-based backends, modern frontends, and multi-agent AI systems that drive autonomous workflows and enterprise copilots.

You will work across C# /.NET and Python stacks, implement Azure cloud solutions, and guide cross-functional teams to build production-grade systems using containerization, event-driven architectures, and retrieval-augmented AI pipelines. This is an opportunity to shape architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver high-impact AI/ML products.

• Design and implement backend services using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SignalR, and Minimal APIs.
• Develop Python services and AI components with FastAPI, Django, Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Build and maintain microservices packaged with Docker and orchestrated via event-driven patterns using Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI frameworks.
• Build RAG pipelines with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate and optimize prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Implement agent orchestration and inter-agent communication protocols for autonomous task execution.
• Design and deploy enterprise AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Foundry and integrate with Azure OpenAI Service.
• Implement serverless and workflow solutions with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep, or Terraform.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, document architecture decisions, and promote scalable, maintainable designs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical lead or senior full stack engineer; typically 5+ years in software development and leadership.
• Strong expertise in C# /.NET: ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SignalR, and Minimal APIs.
• Strong experience in Python with FastAPI, Django, Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience designing microservices and containerizing applications with Docker.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues such as Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Practical experience with LLM integration and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Experience with Azure services: Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with CI/CD automation, YAML pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code using ARM/Bicep or Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to code quality, testing, and iterative MVP-driven delivery.

Requirements

• Experience designing enterprise-grade copilots with Microsoft Copilot Foundry.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and inter-agent coordination patterns.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory for ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience managing observability with Application Insights.
