Koniag Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Jr Developer – DevOps & BI Dev Focus to support KPS and our government customer. This position is remote and will be part of a team supporting a Federal client with a business and IT modernization project. This project involves building an AI-enabled application from the ground up for a Federal client.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career developer who wants hands-on experience in software development, DevOps practices, and Business Intelligence (BI) development. You will work alongside senior developers, database engineers, data scientists, and a DevOps engineer in an agile team environment.

This position requires the ability to obtain a DOI Public Trust Moderate Clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or have an Employment Authorization Document with at least 3 years of consistent U.S. residency.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Equivalent work experience or certifications will be considered

Requirements

• Overall IT/Software Development Experience: 1-3 years
• Hands-on Application Development: 1+ years
• DevOps Tools or CI/CD Exposure: 1+ years
• BI/Reporting Tools (e.g., Power BI): 1+ years preferred
• Cloud-Based Development (Azure preferred) Exposure preferred
• Agile/Scrum Development Methodology Exposure preferred
• Federal IT or Government Contracting: A plus, not required
