Role Description

Engaging Godot Game Developers to participate in a dynamic project for a valued customer, focusing on crafting engaging interactive experiences using the Godot engine. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. • Design and implement advanced gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Godot engine.
• Collaborate on scene creation, visual scripting, and asset integration to ensure interactive and visually appealing content.
• Provide in-depth documentation and regular written feedback on game development processes and delivered components.
• Deliver comprehensive code reviews and mentorship to enhance the project’s overall code quality and maintainability.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges, optimizing performance and user experience.
• Participate in iterative development cycles, contributing insights to improve playability and engagement.
• Support the adaptation of project assets and logic to meet evolving scope requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in game development, whether in AAA, indie, solo, or serious hobby contexts.
• A portfolio or verifiable published work (personal site, itch.io, Steam, GitHub, game jam entries, or shipped title credits).
• Your portfolio is the most important part of your application and plays a major role in our selection, so please include the work that best represents your skills.
• Advanced proficiency with at least one major game engine (Unity, Godot, Unreal), including editor tools, scene management, and debugging utilities.
• Comfort with engine scripting languages such as C#, GDScript, C++, or Blueprints, with the ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and enhance gameplay logic.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve gameplay issues through iterative playtesting.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting precise task instructions and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in game QA, technical design, systems design, automated testing, or prior contribution to AI evaluation projects is a plus.
