Role Description

We’re looking for a FullStack Engineer to help build and scale a product used by millions of users worldwide. You’ll work at the intersection of frontend, backend, and data, developing new features that directly support our exponential growth and international expansion.

You’ll join a high-impact, remote-first team of top developers and data scientists, with over 10k GitHub stars, representing 10+ nationalities across Europe.

Our mission: ship fast, scalable, and reliable software that powers global adoption. Our stack includes NextJS, React, Svelte, GraphQL, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, GCP, Google AI Platform, Terraform, and Nomad and you’ll have real ownership across the full product lifecycle.

• Build and ship new features across core product and public-facing applications.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability across frontend and backend systems.
• Design and maintain robust APIs and microservices to support integrations and automation.
• Collaborate closely with designers and product to turn ideas into polished user experiences.
• Tackle complex technical challenges involving AI, modern data systems, and distributed architectures.
• Continuously improve code quality, tooling, and development workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and modern web development.
• Proven ability to ship production features quickly and reliably.
• Deep experience with React and/or Svelte.
• Solid understanding of API design and backend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and SQL databases.
• Strong grasp of UI principles and UX best practices; you care about how things look and feel, not just how they work.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers to deliver intuitive, visually polished interfaces.
• Able to understand complex problems quickly and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Writes clean, maintainable, well-documented code.

Requirements

• Experience with ClickHouse or data-intensive systems (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Docker, microservices, and DevOps workflows (nice to have).
• Design sensitivity or past experience working closely on UI/UX-heavy products (nice to have).
• Open-source contributions (nice to have).
