[Hiring] Full-Stack Software Engineer @POGFI

Role Description

As a Software engineer, you will be focusing on building the POGFI P2E which aims to create financial solutions for creators in the gaming industry. Quality is key for us, so you will ensure all product components for the platform are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production) and deliver products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning and iterating frequently. The ideal candidate will be an Engineer with back-end and front-end (UI/UX) experience, with an interest in gaming and the applicable uses of gamification.

• You’ll work across the full-stack, and this means: back-end, front-end as well as testing and cloud infrastructure
• Commit to high-speed iterations, high code quality, and continuous improvement via agile processes
• Provide production support, system diagnosis, and troubleshooting
• Ensure long-term quality, scalability, and maintainability of our systems
• You will work closely with the team to brainstorm new ideas, features, and improvements
• General management of the platform's development
• Work closely with the Founder and CEO to define the roadmap for the platform and the resources/tools needed to build and maintain it

Qualifications

• Ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Python, Java, SQL
• Basic experience with FIGMA
• Other languages such as Solidity, would be a bonus
• A passion for software engineering and good attention to detail
• Good communication skills (Fluent in English) and a good understanding of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS)
