Role Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (AI-Enabled, Product-Focused) who enjoys building across the entire technology stack and is excited about AI-driven products. You will work closely with product, design, and AI teams to build scalable, intuitive, and high-impact software. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful technology that directly impacts how cities and construction professionals operate.

Location: 100% remote. Working hours are based between US Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications across front-end and back-end systems.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, OCR, and automation tools into product workflows.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the platform.
• Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to product strategy.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of experience building modern web applications (React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks)
• Strong back-end development experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
• Experience working with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of software architecture, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML, LLM integration, OCR pipelines, or automation tools
• Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures
• Experience working in startups or product-driven teams
• Background in AEC, GovTech, PropTech, or document processing platforms
