Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer (ReactJS / Next.JS) with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and strong experience in ReactJS and NextJS. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building responsive, high-performance web applications and collaborating with backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Development team and architectural discussion.
• Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
• Build reusable UI components using TypeScript and TailwindCSS.
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets.
• Collaborate with backend teams using Node.js / NestJS APIs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues efficiently.
• Integrate APIs and manage state effectively.
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS.
• Experience with TailwindCSS or similar CSS frameworks.
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture.
• Experience with WebSockets for real-time communication.
• Strong experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL).
• Working knowledge of Node.js, NestJS, PHP-Larawel, and AWS.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and UI/UX sensitivity.

Good to Have

• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) using NextJS.

• Experience with performance optimization techniques.
