[Hiring] Flutter App Developer @Codivra Technologies

Role Description

Engineering the next generation of our mobile rewards platform.

Codivra Technologies is expanding its core engineering capacity globally, bringing on ten mobile developers for a fully remote, six-month freelance engagement at 40 hours per week. You will build and scale features for our rewards and earning application used by users worldwide, shaping how people interact with our earning ecosystem on iOS and Android.

Your focus in the first months:

• Ship core earning and rewards features directly to our global user base.
• Optimize mobile app performance, network calls, and local data caching.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into reliable interfaces.
• Resolve complex state management and synchronization edge cases across devices.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in cross-platform or native mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, or equivalent frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party SDK integrations, and offline-first architectures.
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, asynchronous global team.

Requirements

Your first months at Codivra Technologies:

• You will have shipped your first user-facing features within your initial weeks, integrating smoothly with our existing codebase and deployment pipelines.
• By month three, you will own significant modules of the rewards app, having learned our specific performance benchmarks and architectural patterns.
• If you match most of these requirements rather than all of them, we still encourage you to apply.

Benefits

• This freelance contract offers USD 25–50 per hour.
• To support your daily work, we provide a company laptop, a company cellphone, and a budget for your home office equipment.
• We also provide paid family leave, barrier-free access, cafeteria options, free beverages, and regular team events and social activities.
