[Hiring] ERP Technical Analyst @Arizona Department of Administration

Role Description

The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division is seeking an innovative and results-driven ERP Technical Analyst. In this role, you will lead the hands-on technical execution, data integration, and automation required to optimize and maintain the State’s core CGI Advantage 4.0 Human Resource Management (HRM) and Financial systems.

• Write custom SQL scripts
• Manage ETL processes
• Build workflow automations
• Translate complex agency requirements into precise technical specifications
• Drive modern enterprise engineering by building automations via platforms like n8n
• Leverage AI-enabled tools (Google Gemini, NotebookLM) to streamline data pipelines and application workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least three (3) to five (5) years of hands-on technical experience with SQL querying, ETL management, or systems analysis
• Proven, hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and data analysis

Requirements

• Write complex SQL queries, perform data reconciliation, execute data troubleshooting, and maintain ETL pipelines using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI/Kettle)
• Lead the technical troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM and Financial systems
• Architect and build enterprise workflow automations using n8n
• Develop API integrations and implement AI productivity tools (Google Gemini, NotebookLM)
• Partner with agency business owners to conduct deep-dive process mapping
• Maintain availability to support critical patch windows, schema changes, and production code deployments
