Role Description

The agency is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials developer for a critical migration project. This role’s primary responsibilities include:

• Analyzing the legacy system built on the .NET framework
• Reverse-engineering business logic
• Extracting critical data
• Standard PeopleSoft development

Other duties include:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
• Ensuring that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system
• Coordinating software integration and maintaining technical documentation
• Performing standard SDLC tasks and other project tasks as needed

Successful candidate expected to be renewed for FY'27. This is currently a remote position; if it should become hybrid, on-site days will be negotiated.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience required
• At least 2 years of development experience with PeopleTools
• At least 2 years of experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher
• At least 2 years of experience with an advanced Oracle database
• Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures
• At least 2 years of experience with legacy to PeopleSoft complex data migrations
• 4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) preferred
• 2 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials preferred
• 2 years of experience with Jira preferred
• 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework preferred

• Access to a virtual desktop setup (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
