[Hiring] CRM Integration Developer | Java Developer @Deloitte

Role Description

We are looking for a CRM Integration Developer with the following responsibilities:

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable integration code and configurations.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to integration strategy and best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for integration services.
• Support cloud-native integration deployments in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Improve integration observability, monitoring, logging, reliability, and performance.
• Implement and maintain API gateways, integration patterns, and orchestration workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect internal and external customer-facing systems.
• Integrate CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement, and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Creatio, and related systems.
• Develop and manage integrations using platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Kong, or similar integration technologies.
• Build and optimize API-based integrations, event-driven workflows, and middleware services.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions across customer ecosystem platforms and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in integration development or backend engineering.
• Strong experience with integration frameworks and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Kong, Apache Camel, Boomi, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating CRM, customer engagement, and SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, JWT, API security, and API lifecycle management.
• Experience designing and supporting event-driven architectures and asynchronous integrations.
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot or similar backend technologies.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native integration architectures.
• Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
