• You learn WordPress inside out.
• You get hands-on training in WordPress CMS and its ecosystem — themes, plugins, the works.
• You bring designs to life by turning a design or mockup into an actual, working WordPress page — responsive, clean, and true to what the client asked for.
• You make WordPress do what the client needs by customizing and maintaining themes, configuring plugins, and managing content.
• You're comfortable getting your hands dirty on both ends by making frontend and backend changes on live client websites and troubleshooting bugs.
• You grow with every project by following coding standards and project guidelines, taking feedback from senior developers, and treating every client project as a chance to improve.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final-year student with a basic understanding of web development.
• Good grip on HTML and CSS; understanding of responsive design.
