The Technical Consultant Development Program (CDP) is an accelerated pathway that transforms early-career professionals into high-impact technical consultants—empowering you to write production code, build custom integrations, and deploy enterprise cloud and AI solutions that help global Life Sciences companies bring life-changing therapies to patients.

As a customer-facing Technical Consultant, you will build, customize, and deploy Veeva’s industry-leading enterprise SaaS platforms and AI solutions directly to customers. This hands-on role gives you immediate ownership to translate complex business challenges into production-ready software systems for customers in Life Sciences.

The Program

• Ramp up quickly: Your journey begins with an intensive, engineering-focused onboarding program designed to build deep technical expertise in Veeva’s Vault Platform, APIs, and custom development.
• Learn by doing: You’ll take on real engineering responsibility within your first three months, writing production code, building custom integrations, and working directly with customers.
• Thrive together: Learn side-by-side with seasoned Technical and Migration Architects who prioritize your growth.
• Build your future: Fast-track your career from Associate to Consultant in less than two years.

What You'll Do

• Build solutions: Write production code, develop custom integrations using Java SDKs and APIs, build DevOps pipelines, and deploy Veeva AI tools on the Vault Platform.
• Architect and migrate: Work directly with migration architects to design custom backend logic and execute complex data migration scripts.
• Ship internal tooling: Accelerate delivery workflows by developing cutting-edge, developer-facing tools.
• Own technical delivery: Take on real architectural responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with strong technical background.
• Demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Programming.
• Excellent technical storytelling skills.
• Thrive in a challenging, intense environment that rewards initiative and rapid learning.
• Strong critical thinking skills and proven track record of academic performance.
• Integrity and commitment to excellence.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20% of the time).

Experience

• Recent university graduate.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Python, C, HTML, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience using AI-powered development tools or CLI assistants.

The Process

• Technical Challenge: A 30-minute online technical challenge delivered via Coderpad.
• Case: A case exercise with a member of our services team.
• Decision: Within one week, we will extend an offer or let you know that we are not moving forward.
• Commitment: You will have two weeks to accept your offer.

Compensation

• Starting Salary: 120,000 ZL.
• After one year, if you perform well, you will receive a compensation increase and participate in our bonus program.

Work Environment

• Veeva is a Work Anywhere company. Associate Consultants work remotely for Veeva in Poland.
• To take advantage of regular opportunities for in-person collaboration, you must live within a 60 minute commute of Krakow, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.
