Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with hands-on experience in SYNON and AS400 development to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in:

• RxClaim Adjudication
• Medicare & Medicaid Claims Processing
• Claim Pricing

This role involves leading development initiatives, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, and delivering high-quality solutions for pharmacy benefits and claims adjudication systems. The candidate should have strong technical leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive development projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SYNON (CA 2E) development.
• Strong experience working on AS400 / IBM iSeries applications.
• Minimum 3 years of RxClaim Adjudication experience.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Medicare Claims Processing
  • Medicaid Claims Processing
  • Claims Adjudication
  • Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
  • Claims Pricing and Repricing
• Experience in application maintenance, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• (Mandatory) Overall 12 years required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare or PBM domain.
• Exposure to system integrations and data migration projects.
• Experience leading distributed teams and coordinating with onshore stakeholders.
