Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Practice Lead – AI Technologies to accelerate our growth and lead the delivery of next-generation, agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate pairs executive-level presence with deep, hands-on technical mastery in generative AI and enterprise platform architecture.

In this highly visible role, you will lead complex, end-to-end AI implementations—from strategy, data ingestion, and context grounding to custom agent actions, guardrails, and production activation. You will act as the primary trusted advisor across pre-sales, architecture, and deployment, partnering directly with C-suite executives and delivery teams. You will remain a hands-on technical lead, tackling our most challenging AI engineering obstacles while driving our AI product strategy, business growth, and market point-of-view (POV).

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Technical Consulting: Proven experience in solution architecture or technical consulting for cloud data platforms and multi-stream enterprise implementations.
• Production AI & Salesforce Experience: Deep, hands-on experience designing and deploying Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or advanced Data Cloud architectures.
• Hands-on Development Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex, Flow, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns required to trigger agent actions across external technology stacks.
• Data & Grounding Architectures: Expertise in Data Cloud, zero-copy architecture, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
• AI Safety & Governance: Demonstrated experience building agent guardrails, prompt defenses, audit logging, and compliance frameworks.
• Pre-Sales & Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex AI paradigms, LLM mechanics, and agentic workflows into clear business outcomes for C-level executives.
• Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Proven track record of shifting clients to optimal technical solutions, leading strategy workshops, and delivering digital roadmaps in complex environments.
• Work Authorization & Travel: Full-time permanent US work authorization with willingness to travel up to 50% for high-impact client engagements.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Must have full-time permanent US work authorization.

• Anthropic: Claude Developer, Claude Architect - Foundations, or Claude Architect - Professional.
• Salesforce: Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Data Platforms: Snowflake Certified Core/Advanced, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, or MuleSoft Integration Architect.
• Enterprise Cloud & Architecture: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or TOGAF.
• Open to travel.
