Role Description

We are looking for two Application Development Analysts dedicated to developing and maintaining features within SaaS platforms (such as HubSpot, Quickbase, and Frappe). These roles are not solely frontend or backend but require versatile, systems-focused developers.

• Build and maintain functionality within SaaS platforms (HubSpot, Quickbase, Frappe)
• Integrate systems and automate workflows across tools
• Support development of internal applications and user-facing components
• Improve reliability and efficiency of system interactions and automations

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred — but we also highly value equivalent hands-on experience!

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Application Developer
• Hands-on builder experienced in working with various web technologies and SaaS platforms
• Strong JavaScript (including HTML/CSS)
• Working knowledge of Python
• Experience integrating and working with APIs (consuming, not necessarily building)
• Experience working within cloud-based or SaaS platforms
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control
• Ability to work with structured data (JSON, API payloads, basic data handling)
• Experience building, modifying, and maintaining web-based applications or workflows
• Understanding of application architecture and system integrations
• Ability to debug issues across systems (frontend + platform + API layers)
