Role Description

CTG is seeking to fill an Appian Solution Architect position for our client.

• Lead the strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications using the Appian platform.
• Provide technical leadership for Appian development and enterprise application integration initiatives.
• Design scalable application and data architectures supporting cloud-based and hybrid environments.
• Develop and implement integration frameworks, automation solutions, and modernization strategies.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Guide DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
• Support cloud governance and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Lead technical teams and provide guidance on architecture, development, integration, and platform best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare domain.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, DynamoDB, and Big Data technologies.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable data architectures and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong experience with application architecture, enterprise integrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Experience leading technical teams and enterprise application development efforts.
• Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

• The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00 to $100.00/hour.
• Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
• In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
