[Hiring] Apache Kafka Development Lead @Two95 International Inc.

Role Description

• Act as the functional and technical lead for Kafka implementation
• Enabling real time capabilities – designing application and proposing architecture for real time applications
• Managing architecture for performance tuning related to Kafka
• Working with the development team of 5-6 developers on the implementation of Kafka
• Provide input to the development team to implement Kafka

Qualifications

• Confluent or Apache Kafka experience (Apache preferred) – implementing from scratch, OnPrem and also Cloud (Azure or AWS, mostly Azure here)
• Hands-on experience building Real time data streaming experience (ex: Rest APIs) ex: streaming change data capture
• 3+ years of Architecture design experience within Kafka
• 3+ years SQL query and debugging, performance improvement experience is an absolute must
• 3+ years hands-on development in Web Technologies – Angular or React, .Net to create RestAPIs very highly preferred (must for now)
• AI assisted coding experience a must using Github Copilot or similar tools

Requirements

• Healthcare prior experience to understand healthcare data
• EDI 834 and 820 knowledge
• FACETS, FACETS extensions, and Member experience a must and surrounding application areas
• FHIR API experience a bonus
