Role Description
You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop software solutions and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle. You will ensure that products are delivered timely and within budget, meeting the needs of our customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years experience in web architecture and development
- Experience with CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred, WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Understanding of A/B testing, personalization, and web optimization strategies
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, React or Angular)
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices
- Understanding of headless CMS and API-first architecture
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Proficiency in Azure or AWS cloud environment
