Role Description
You will design, develop and maintain the data pipelines required for organizations to efficiently manage and analyze large datasets.
- Manage data pipelines from HR systems like Workday and Anaplan
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility
- Work closely with the People Analytics team to provide necessary data for informed decisions
- Support the overall HR strategy through data insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in HR data or People Analytics related roles
- Expert level in SQL and Python
- Experience in data modeling, data wrangling, data warehousing, and database design principles
- Working experience with Airflow, including deploying ML solutions
- Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker or equivalent
