Mar 20, 2025 - VusionGroup SA is hiring a remote Tech Lead. 💸 Salary: €70,000 to €80,000. 📍Location: France.
Role Description
Integrated in the Engineering Team of In the Memory, you will participate in the building of new features for the web-based SaaS application which is already used by most French retailers.
- Collaborate with the CTO, the Head of Engineering, and all managers of the R&D department
- Participate in the design & development of new features
- Mentor some of the team's engineers and help them grow their technical skillset
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of experience including 2-3 in a similar role
- Broad understanding of system architecture, with experience in different technical environments
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with deep backend expertise
- Experience with CI/CD, automated tests, PR reviews, containerized stacks, and observability
- Understanding of DevOps culture and infrastructure concepts
- Experience with event-driven systems, hexagonal/clean architecture, and DDD
- Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly
- Prior experience in mentoring teammates and fostering their growth
- Ability to adapt to different technical environments and understand the consequences of architectural choices
- Experience in a cloud provider (ideally Azure)
- Programming languages: Mainly use Ruby, Python, and Node, but proficiency with any web language is acceptable
- English mandatory

- Package between €70,000 and €80,000 depending on profile
