Role Description
Were looking for a Team Lead to drive innovation, guide a talented team, and ensure the successful delivery of high-performance backend solutions. If youre a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
As a Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a remote team of 6 developers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by removing blockers and guiding priorities
- Translate business needs into clear technical strategies and execution plans
- Work hands-on with backend technologies to evolve and optimize complex systems
- Design and refine database architectures for high-traffic scalability
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring remote teams
- 4+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development for scalable, high-traffic applications
- 1+ year of experience with TypeScript
- Strong expertise in SQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments and distributed teams
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical execution with business goals
- English B2 or higher (comfortable communication)
