Role Description

This role involves developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications, ensuring seamless and scalable experiences for users.

Design, code, configure, and test automations, programs, and solutions independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, and product managers.
Develop scalable platform capabilities such as CI/CD.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role
Hands-on exposure to front-end skills in React JS and Redux
Hands-on exposure to server-side programming languages such as Java and Spring Boot
Database expertise: Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases
API development: Hands-on exposure to designing and consuming RESTful APIs (e.g., Traditional, Reactive) and web services
Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, including experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development
Proficient with GitHub
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), containerization technologies like Docker, or familiarity with microservices architecture
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity
