Role Description

As a Software Development Engineer 2 at SaaS Labs, you will handle the responsibility of developing features for our existing products while bringing further innovation and perspective to the table. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic go-getter who can manage a project end-to-end and work in a collaborative workspace!

Building and developing new software features for our products such as JustCall, Helpwise, CallPage, Atolia, and Dialworks.
Managing the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Provide software design and programming expertise to support research projects.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Experimenting and reiterating on software based on feedback from customers/product & business stakeholders.
Designing and developing new fast and robust algorithms to ensure that the platform supports millions of communications exchanges every month.
Working with our engineering team to deploy and maintain research models in production.
Collaborating with the product and design teams on crafting great user experiences.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in JavaScript, including frameworks like React, Node.js, and databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS and GCP.
Experience in designing and building systems for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability.
Experience in working with object-oriented programming with at least one object-oriented programming language and understanding of browser caching.
Knowledge of high-level programming concepts like promises and data-binding.
Knowledge of queuing systems like Kafka is advantageous.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Experience with test-driven/behavior-driven development using automated testing tools.
