Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer 1 with a strong focus on web development to join our team.
- Work alongside the web dev team members to ensure the deliverables are delivered within the allocated timeframe
- Collaborate with various internal teams to achieve organizational goals
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices, and implement them in projects
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise
- Provide technical support or guidance to other team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience working with web development, specifically WordPress
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Custom Post Type UI (CPT UI), and PHP
Requirements
- Experience creating themes and plugins in WordPress
- Experience with HTML5, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and AJAX
- Experience of integrating CRMs like HubSpot with CMS or vanilla Lead Gen forms
- Experience with Git and version control systems
Good-to-have Skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with various page builders like Divi, Elementor
