Role Description
This role involves building smart, scalable automations that drive real impact. The Senior UiPath Engineer will join a growing automation team and is ideal for someone who enjoys technical challenges, mentoring others, and making an immediate impact on mission-critical projects.
- Seamlessly integrate into existing automation projects and deliver value from day one
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation workflows using UiPath
- Build efficient bots for API automation and data extraction using screen scraping techniques
- Apply Agentic AI to enhance automation logic and decision-making capabilities
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to implement use cases
- Follow coding and documentation best practices to maintain high-quality standards
- Monitor and support production bots to ensure performance and reliability
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members as needed
Qualifications
- 7–8 years of hands-on UiPath development in large-scale automation environments
- Proven skills in API integration, screen scraping, and workflow optimization
- Working experience or familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks or tools
- Strong grasp of RPA design patterns, exception handling, and error logging
- UiPath Developer Certifications (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities
- B2+ English proficiency
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in UiPath automation projects
- Strong knowledge of API and screen scraping techniques
- Hands-on experience (or familiarity) with Agentic AI
