Role Description
This job posting is for a GO Software Engineer on our Wizeline team. Here's what you'll be doing in your day-to-day work:
- Advocate for the use of cutting-edge technology to build intelligent and scalable products.
- Act as a technology partner for clients from inception to completion while architecting reusable front-end systems.
- Understand client needs and translate requirements into world-class design, delivering high-quality applications.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams located across the world (Technical Writing, User Experience, Product Management, and Project Management) to solve challenging problems.
- Drive internal initiatives and objectives through direct communication with stakeholders.
- Work on projects that allow skill development and exposure to multinational brands.
- Promote fun and continuous learning while collaborating with the brightest minds in the industry.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with Python.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS for cloud-based deployments.
- Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
- Experience building scalable and high-performance distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
- Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with caching mechanisms such as Redis.
- Previous experience mentoring junior developers.
