Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior React JS Developer to join our growing team. As a Senior React JS Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. You will be responsible for translating complex requirements into high-performance, user-friendly interfaces, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software solutions. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful projects.
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, responsive, and efficient user interfaces using React JS.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and other backend services.
- Implement and manage state using Redux.js or other state management libraries.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to architectural and design discussions.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Front-End Development using React JS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience with Redux.js or other state management libraries (e.g., Context API, MobX).
- Experience with RESTful API integration.
- Knowledge of Back-End Web Development concepts and technologies.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
- Experience with build tools such as Webpack, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Time management and organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React JS.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Requirements
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with design systems.
