Role Description
This role involves developing a cloud application for managing the entire lifecycle of a real estate construction project.
- Use software like PHP 8.3, Laravel 10, and PostgreSQL
- Minimize meetings to focus on building
- Enjoy flexible working hours for productivity
- Collaborate in a space that avoids unnecessary bureaucracy
- Engage with experienced team members for support and inspiration
- Commit to improving the codebase, reducing legacy code, and adding tests
- Focus on development while the DevOps team manages infrastructure
- Write code that’s easy to test and reason about
- Maintain a modular monolith with strong boundaries and modularity
Qualifications
- Communicative English at a B2 level or higher
- Extensive experience building scalable applications, ideally with large-scale systems like CRM, CMS, or ERP
- Direct SaaS experience is a strong plus
- Advanced proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
- Deep experience in modular monolith and layered architecture
- Strong focus on framework-agnostic development
- Thorough knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit)
