Role Description
This role involves developing and maintaining scalable infrastructure for AI/ML processes.
- Create and maintain scalable infrastructure to deliver AI/ML processes with near real-time response.
- Design and implement pipelines for ML model training and deployment.
- Develop system monitoring dashboards and define alert mechanisms.
- Collect metrics, conduct performance testing, and ensure system reliability.
- Perform feasibility studies and technical analysis with a critical perspective.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data and applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user manuals.
- Solve complex software challenges with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
- Contribute to large-scale architectural designs across various components.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists and global end-users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
- Foster teamwork, motivation, and strong team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with ML/Ops tools such as Azure ML.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Docker.
- Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Confluence, Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in Agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Quick learner with a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks: Torch, Onnx, TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with distributed systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
- Experience in dashboarding tools like Grafana.
