Role Description
We're looking for a Senior JS Engineer to join an exciting project! Use the opportunity to work on a platform featuring over 50 multiplayer social casual games with 1M+ daily players, connecting people across mobile and desktop.
- Work on a high-load platform with millions of active users
- Engage in direct communication with the client and participate in decision-making
- Work independently, speak out about visible problems, and propose solutions
- Collaborate with an experienced international team, tackling complex challenges
- Work on different tech stack except for the main one
Project Technologies
- TypeScript/JavaScript
- Node.js
- HTML/CSS
What you'll do
- Extend current web game platform
- Design and implement high-quality, reusable components for game development, including data APIs, graphics libraries, and publishing tools
- Simplify and modernize existing games using newly developed platform components
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of practical experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Beneficial skills include WebGL and modern web technologies (React, Angular, CSS, package managers, and bundlers)
- General experience with backend development (APIs, Databases, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Degree in computer science
- English level is not lower than B2
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement, adherence to best practices, and commitment to quality are essential
- Enthusiasm for games is highly valued
