Role Description
PingWind is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. This role involves designing scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Possesses extensive experience leading/contributing to design, development, and administration on technologies such as DRUPAL platform projects from end to end including identifying and using OOTB marketplace plugins rather than develop code.
- Works closely with Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management.
- Works with Business Analysts, SMEs, system owners, customers, and end-users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements, and deliverables.
- Designs and develops the system to set the standard for future development, crafting an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security.
- Demonstrate experience identifying marketplace plugins and/or designing/developing custom connectors as needed.
- Demonstrates experience designing, implementing, and integrating DRUPAL with federal systems (on-premises, cloud).
- Demonstrates experience delivering DRUPAL solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508.
- Demonstrates experience utilizing Webform Module in DRUPAL.
- Demonstrate proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) coding tools.
- Specifically, applicants must have substantial experience with AI-assisted programming tools, including but not limited to GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools approved by the Department of Labor (DOL).
Qualifications
- BA/BS and have 7+ years of hands-on full stack experience as team lead supporting architects, leading teams, and developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space.
- Drupal/Acquia Certification preferred.
Requirements
- Required Clearance: Secret
- Required Certifications: Must have Agile/SAFe, and other related developer certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Must have substantial experience with AI-assisted programming tools, including but not limited to GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools approved by the Department of Labor (DOL).
