Role Description
Join our innovative team developing a AAA virtual reality experience for exhibition at major healthcare events. We are dedicated to creating immersive environments where users can explore and connect with products and brands in dynamic and interactive ways.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Unity Developer proficient in Unity and C#. As part of our development team, you will play a key role in designing and building a realistic, interactive simulation where users can experience and empathize with the symptoms of various health conditions in virtual reality.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive systems using Unity and C#
- Collaborate with designers and developers to build environments, implement gameplay mechanics, and bring the virtual experience to life
- Apply best practices for Unity HDRP, focusing on achieving a realistic look and feel through lighting, post-processing, VFX, and materials
- Implement cinematic transitions that blend seamlessly with gameplay
- Develop and manage user interface components, including HUD elements, palm menus, and interactive objects
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and coding standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance and stability
- Write clear, maintainable code and documentation for future developers
- Stay current with trends and best practices in Unity development and VR technologies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Unity Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficient in C# and experienced with Unity (ideally Unity 6), including HDRP and related tools
- Hands-on experience with VR development
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Requirements
- Experience developing realistic VR simulations or games with high visual fidelity
- Familiarity with XR Interaction Toolkit or similar frameworks
- Experience with shader development and GPU-based effects
- Knowledge of animation systems, inverse kinematics, and physics-based interactions in Unity
